Excellent place for vacation
Me and my family had a really good vacation. Food was so amazing and the price was reasonable.So we had food only from the resort. Pool was very clean. Friendly staff. Hopefully there will be more rooms available next time for our friends as well.

Charming
Lovely small place, plenty of attention from the staff (even the owner), artistic room design. Just a lovely short walk to the beach through a field of flowers and butterflys.

Nice villa, room and pool for relax
I choose this villa because its simple and clear design , modern bathroom, outdoor shower, concrete designed interior, pool, with a taste of Sri Lankan wood furniture. I was totally satisfied with my choose :) I get, what I want , nicely designed place for relax and for good price. The only thing I don't like was the rust on bathroom's tap and accessories (made by humid weather), but I tolerate it. The food was ok, maybe a littlebit could be more and more spicy. But this is my taste. The staff was lovely and smiling. The manager manage trips also, than we arrange a cartrip for a reasonable price. Try the place.

Exceptional !
I travelled with my 6 year old Son to work and volunteer in a Montessori School and in Hospitals Sri Lanka.We have had the most amazing time at Ocean Ripples, we are desperate to book to go back. The hospitality, kindness, food, friendliness was second to none. Having travelled all over the world, Ocean Ripples is one we will never forget and always return to. Just magical in every sense!

Friendly staff and management
The rooms were clean and tidy.food in restaurant was affordable and there was varieties of food to select.the menu was printed in many foreign languages and it is really easy to order.food was tasty in here.we didn't want to go searching for restaurants to eat cause in here the food was clean,tasty and affordable.there was a pool to swim and sun bed to relax.It was a great place to relax and stay.beach was walking distance.everything was really good to us.we were so happy to visit this place.Highly recommendable

Value for money!
One of the best hotels that me and my wife stayed.They welcomed us with refreshing towels and fresh fruit juice.I haven't seen many nice welcomed in other small hotels other than 4stars.Rooms are clean and tidy with A/c.The pool was large too and daily maintained.Our stay in here was really amazing.We only book for 2 nights but we stayed for another 3 days.This hotel was equipped with all the facilities like mini bar in room,WiFi,swimming pool,restaurant. The staff is very friendly and pleasant and they ready to help you at any time.we got a free city tour as we stayed for 5 days.we visited many beautiful waterfalls too.this is really a great place to all who loves to relax near beach. the beach was just walking distance from our room and every day me and my wife had a walk in the beach.we just felt like we were at home.we will come back here again.

Had a great coupe of days break in wadduwa. We were picked up by our host in Colombo and he drove us down to the hotel. The hotel is boutique which is reflected in the room concept. Great style and beautifully decorated. Wifi had a great connection which was important for me as I had some work to attend to. The pool was clean and great for a night swim. Was a 100m walk to the beach thru beautiful coconut plantation. Our host made us feel very welcome and very attentive to any of our needs. I can highly recommend to Ocean Ripples resort, A holiday thoroughly enjoyed! Many thanks

Resort to Relax
The best accommodation we had on our trip. Staff and the hosts did everything to fulfill our wishes and to offer us a carefree and memorable vacation, even accompanied us on our trips. It was a very familiar and friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent and always fresh. Highly recommended was the room "ocean villa" with the outside shower. clean pool with an attractive outside plant and only a few steps to the sea. The resort is not far from the train station and shopping area can be reached on foot.

Beautiful villa for real relax
We ordered the ocean villa type room and was so huge, clean and with beautiful outside bathroom. The room was nice, modern with concrete designs, and "simlpe", so called boutique, but I feel the Sri Lankan tradicion from the wooden furnuture. The bathroom was really modern - by my taste - but the rust was visible on taps and bathroom accessories because the weather humidity (I tolerate it). The garden is tip-top clean, the pool and the restaurant beautiful. Good work from the designer/architect. Make me relaxed. The food was ok, maybe not so spicy to my taste

Perfect gateway to comfort!
Ocean Ripples is for the travelers seeking unique personalized service.A nice small hotel hidden away in wadduwa. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are nice even they are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom in ocean villa was huge and spacious. The pool was maintained daily.chef was very friendly too.He prepared some delicious food to us.Recommended to all travelers.

Fabulous location and EXCELLENT service
During our day trip to Ocean Ripples Resort, we were provided with excellent hospitality. Located next to Wadduwa Railway Station and few meters away from the beach. ( stone throw away from the beach). We were provided with a delicious Sri-Lankan 5-course meal and drinks to match. Their chocolate biscuit pudding is out of this world. Best I've had during my stay in Colombo , Sri-Lanka. Ripples Resort seemed to be newly opened boutique style hotel in Wadduwa coastal area. The ambiance is very closely resembles with eco-system. It's good to call them before-hand your visit

Perfect in every matter
A nice place to stay with the morning sun rise and butterflies was all over the garden.Really calm and quiet place.I felt like im in country side.garden was really beautiful.This hotel had all the features available.many of the services was free of charge like WIFI,IDD call facility.The pool was daily maintained & the place was really clean and tide.The interior of the rooms were gorgeous for the money.It had a mini bar too in the room.WIFI signal was to its maximum and the bursting WIFI speed was a unique feature I found in this hotel.Highly recommended & value for the money!! 10/10

A personalised service hotel with value
It was a awesome stay of 2 nights at this hotel with my family. The pool and comfortable rooms made the place so different to many other star class hotels. The food was very good. Enjoyed it and even my family members enjoyed it. It was a nice stay.
